BROOKLYN. A member of St. Lucia’s national soccer team was gunned down outside a Brooklyn nightclub early yesterday.
Isidore Phillip Tisson, 28, was shot in the head at 4:25 a.m. as he sat in a car outside the Tropics Lounge on Utica Avenue in Crown Heights with his girlfriend and two others. The bullet that killed Tisson struck a woman next to him in the chest. She was in stable condition.
