The Rent is 2 Damn High Party won’t breeze onto the next ballot. The party’s Jimmy McMillan got 39,894 votes, not meeting the 50,000 needed for a guaranteed ballot line. Madam Kristin Davis’ Anti-Prohibition Party also fell short, collecting 22,810 votes.
