The Westboro Baptist Church will be in New York City on Sunday to protest the marriages of some 764 same-sex couples.

The inflammatory religious organization is scheduled to appear at the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Bronx City Halls as well as Gracie Mansion, where Mayor Michael Bloomberg will officiate the wedding of two staffers.

The National Organization for Marriage will also be protesting the ceremonies, but advocacy groups like Queer Rising will be there to counter protest, standing between the church and the couples with rainbow umbrellas.
