NORTHEAST – Halloween may bring a cold chill to the Northeast as the first hint of winter is unmasked next week. Forecasters expect the first major blast of cold air of the season to arrive in much of the northern U.S. as the calendar turns from October to November, just in time for the Oct. 31 holiday.
