Two women who brought children to a Sept. 14 drug deal in Wantagh were arraigned yesterday at First District Court in Hempstead. Nassau County police said Cynthia Carter, of Bay Shore, drove Tamisha Kilpatrick, of Central Islip, to sell crack cocaine while four children were in the car.
Carter was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal facilitation. Kilpatrick faces criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance charges.
