Man, 27, charged with killing twin

A Surrey man has been charged with killing his twin brother.

Darryl James Weismiller was the reported “male down” when Surrrey RCMP were called to a home in the Bridgeview area of Surrey on July 14.

Weismiller was dead when officers arrived, and the death was determined to be “suspicious.” A subsequent autopsy revealed it to be a homicide.

After a two-week investigation Jason Robert Weismiller, 27, appeared in court yesterday facing second-degree murder.
