A Cole Harbour man is facing several charges after allegedly defrauding an overseas company of approximately $50,000.
An investigation by the RCMP/Halifax Regional Police Integrated Fraud Unit resulted in the charges of theft over $5,000, fraud over $5,000, uttering forged documents and forgery.
Stephen John Cole, 46, will appear in Dartmouth Provincial court on Nov. 23.
