The man accused of shoving a a 61-year old father of two in front of a D train in the Bronx has been indicted on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges.

Kevin Darden, 34, was arrested after allegedly shoving Wai Kuen Kwok, 61, in front of a southbound D train at the 167th Street station. Kwok’s wife watched as her husband was pushed in front of the speeding train.

Darden fled the station and was caught two days later after police released surveillance video showing Darden boarding a bus after the attack, and smoking a cigarette outside a bodega.

Darden pleaded not guilty to the charges. He faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
