Man threatened straphangers with glass bottle in Brooklyn: NYPD

The New York City Police Department released a photo of a man suspected of intimidating a couple as they rode a train in Brooklyn last week.

Cops said a 25-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were on a northbound F train when they got into an argument with the unidentified man early morning on Aug. 21.

The man waved a glass bottle in front of the straphanger couple as the F train pulled into the Ditmas Avenue station, investigators said.

Once off the train, the man went on to smash the bottle against the train conductors window before he ran away.

Investigators described the suspect as a Hispanic man about 5-feet-10-inches tall. He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, dark shirt and wore a backpack.
