WESTBURY – Nassau County police nabbed two 25-year-old New Cassel residents Monday evening in Westbury when they were observed in a car with marijuana, a loaded handgun, and a 5-month-old. Marc Jasmin, the baby’s father, and Ralph Dorneval were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal possession of marijuana.
