MBTA police: Man arrested for ejaculating on woman riding the T

Transit Police arrested a man on Tuesday after he allegedly ejaculated on a woman riding a Red Line train in Cambridge.

Eric Howes, 26, Holliston, in being charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older after he admitted to T police that he was masturbating on a train headed to Davis Square Station.

Around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Transit Police were sent to Porter Square after receiving reports that a male passenger had urinated on a female while on the train.

When police arrived and met with the 21-year-old female victim, however, she told them the man had ejaculated on her, according to reports.

The victim told police as the train arrived at Davis Square she noticed a disgusting smell and something wet on her jacket.

The suspect, Howes, was allegedly next to her pulling up his pants.

According to reports, the victim yelled “Did you piss on me?!,” and the suspect replied by saying “No, No,” and returned to his seat diagonally from her.

She then realized that it wasn’t urine on her, instead it was what she believed to be ‘cum’ according to the report.

As the train pulled into Davis Square, the suspect fled the vehicle. The victim allegedly got up and ran for the door to attempt to chase after the suspect, but the train doors closed before she could exit.

Police sifted through surveillance footage from the time of the incident, and the victim was able to positively identify Howes as the suspect.

Officers, who were familiar with Howes for a prior lewd and lascivious crime committed on MBTA property, located Howes at the Woods Mullen Shelter in Boston around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

According to reports, when Howes was brought to police headquarters he admitted to ejaculating on a female passenger on a Red Line train and voluntarily agreed to give a DNA specimen for laboratory analysis in the investigation.
