He’s back.

A man who was recently arrested by MBTA Transit Police for disorderly conduct and told officers his name was “Rumpelstiltskin” was arrested again on Monday for allegedly masturbating inside a station.

Transit Police said officers were called to the Boylston Street station at about 3:20 p.m. Monday by someone who saw John Kimball, 57, allegedly masturbating on the inbound platform.

When officers arrived they spoke with the witness who pointed out Kimball. When officers approached him they noticed he was attempting to hide his left hand. When they told him to show both of his hands, he was found holding a pornographic magazine, according to Transit Police.

Kimball was then arrested for lewd and lascivious conduct. The magazine was seized as evidence, Transit Police said.

Kimball also had three warrants out for his arrest out of Boston, Cambridge and Somerville courts, police said.
