RCMP are on the hunt for two men caught on surveillance camera spray-painting racist and anti-police comments on the walls of a Richmond parkade.
Police were called to Empire Centre on July 22 to find graffiti disparaging to Chinese people, said Cpl. Sherrdean Turley.
No direct threat was made to anyone.
“The investigation is continuing and police are actively working toward identifying the people responsible,” Turley said.
