The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will make a stop in Edmonton today, coming to a halt just south of the Edmonton CP station at 7935 Gateway Blvd.
The holiday train, in its 12th year, collects food and monetary donations for food banks as it travels across the country. To date, in Canada and the U.S., $4.8 million and 2.3 million pounds of food have been collected.
The train should roll into the Edmonton around 8:30 p.m., but all times are approximate so make sure to arrive early.
Upon arrival, there will be a box car stage and entertainment courtesy of alternative rock band The Odds.
