For those interested about the changes in polar and sub-polar regions of the world, an exhibition is being held in Gallery A in the Telus Centre at the University of Alberta (U of A) campus until Nov. 20.
The exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the U of A’s Canadian Circumpolar Institute. This free event allows visitors to also see artifacts, specimens and museum objects that are part of the U of A Museum’s collections.
Discussions take place Thursday and northern-themed, hands-on workshops will be announced soon. Check out www.museums.ualberta.ca to find out more.
