Metro Minute with Beauty of Japan

Experience an enchanting cultural experience at the Beauty of Japan — Japanese Kimono show. The event features 30 renowned teachers and models from the Motomi Kimono School in Nishinomiya, Japan, who will demonstrate kimono manners such as bowing, walking, sitting as well as virtues of the heart. There will also be a reception following the show and Kimono paraphernalia on sale. Spectators will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the teachers. The show takes place at the Nikkei Museum and Heritage Centre at 6688 Southoaks Cres. in Burnaby from 6 to 9 tonight. Tickets are $10-12.
