Time flies in the summertime — and the days of the 2010 Ottawa International Chamber Music Festival are numbered. Check out of work early and pop over to St. Andrew’s Church at 3 p.m. today to catch a performance by the Cecilia String Quartet.
Called one of Canada’s most exciting young ensembles, the quartet features Min-Jeong Koh and Sarah Nematallah on violin, Caitlin Boyle on viola and Rebecca Wenham on cello. The group, which performs all over the world, placed second at the 2008 Osaka International Chamber Music Competition and won the 2007 Galaxie Rising Stars Award.
