Good morning, @metronewyork.

Here’s the Metro 6 stories we’re talking about at 7 a.m.

RAIN, GO AWAY: A riiver runs through it — and it’s called the street. One more day of this mess. And by mess, we mean the raw sewage flowing in the flood waters filling many of the streets in Hoboken, N.J. 50s today, 60s Wednesday. Flash flood warnings in effect, yo!

CAITLYN: The woman fomerly know as Bruce Jenner has hit the world by storm with her VF cover. Her first public appearance will be at the ESPYS on July 15 to receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. Congrats! But what will she wear?! Caitlyn jenner hit a Twitter first. One million followers in 4 hours. She’s now up to two million.

KIM & KANYE: They went shopping for baby clothes right here in America’s fashion capitral., Natch; Metro has the pix.

CRIME: The NYPD seems increasingly at odds with the mayor as murder and shootimgs rise. The Times writes: “Shootings in New York City have been rising for two straight years, the first time that has happened since the end of the 1990s.” And it puts it in context of the stop-and-frisk debate.

CUOMO-de BLASIO: A feud between the two over taxation, housing, education — and a spokeswoman the mayor reportedly swiped — is growing, despite hizzoner saying he and the governor trying to dial back the war talk. De Blasio said he and the governor have had “clarifying conservations” in recent days.

THE LAMMYS: Metro will have a full report on the Lammys today. That’s last night’s Lamda Literary awards that honored LGBT legends Rita Mae Brown and John Waters Monday night. Hosted by Kate Clinton, Natch.
