Mila Kunis has proven she has the chops of a multi-faceted actress — whether she was comedically thriving on “That 70’s Show” or “Family Guy” or bringing Oscar-worthy drama to “Black Swan.” But even with all of her success, she hasn’t been able to avoid the same sexism that so many women endure in every professional industry. The 33-year-old mother of one (soon to be two) penned an op-ed on husband Ashton Kutchter’s A Plus site where she recalled multiple experiences with gender bias — including pay gaps and other forms of discrimination. In one incident, Kunis was told that she would “never work in this town again” after refusing to pose semi-nude on the cover of a men’s magazine. She also calls out those who continue to reference her as Kutcher’s “baby momma” instead of her person.

But Kunis has had enough. She boldly declared: “From this point forward, when I am confronted with one of these comments, subtle or overt, I will address them head on.”
