Miley’s friends think getting back with Liam is a terrible idea

Miley Cyrus has kicked off 2016 with a new shot at romance with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, but her friends don’t necessarily think that’s such a hot idea. Their biggest issue with the rekindled romance? How much Cyrus is trying to contort her personality to fit what she thinks Hemsworth wants, according to Radar Online.

“Shehas never stopped loving Liam. She wants nothing more than to be with him again.Miley has been doing everything that she can to change her image to fit into what Liam wants her to be,” a source says.“Many people around her think that this is a recipe for disaster.” Sure, but tell us how you really feel, anonymous source.

So where is all this trying-to-change-for-her-man energy coming from? From Hemsworth himself, if this source is to be believed. “Liam was the one to initiate this,” the source says of their second shot at love. “But he told Miley that she needed to grow the f—up if he was going to let her back into his life.” Yikes.

But while Cyrus is doing fine so far with her resolution to rein things in for Hemsworth in the New Year, we’re still only a week in. And her friends expect it to go about as well as everyone else’s resolutions.“Unfortunately, no one thinks this is going to last, because you can never change who you are to fit what a man wants you to be,” the source laments. “Miley has a wild side that is not going to go away. Not anytime soon at least.”
