Moisture Nina’s best friend

Degrassi star loves Aveeno, Body Shop cream

Dobrev

Nina Dobrev, actress, plays Mia in Degrassi: The Next Generation on CTV:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I like to keep everything simple and fresh. Moisture is my best friend! I use Aveeno Face Cream and Satsuma Body Cream from The Body Shop. For my hair, I use Redken products. I find they work like magic.

Q: Describe your style.

A: Like any girl, I’ll pick up a magazine and flip through it for inspiration. I love dressing up for events. My day-to-day style is casual and comfortable, but still attractive.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I keep myself occupied. Always having something to do or to look forward to keeps me moving forward instead of being stuck in the little problems life presents. It’s important to have a life outside of work. That’s why I attend university, travel, play sports and hang out with friends.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: Lately, I’ve been running and doing yoga (sometimes hot yoga) a few times a week.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I love food! Thinking about it makes me want a chocolate bar or mango salad. I don’t stick to a specific plan or diet. I snack every few hours and drink loads of water. Everything is good in proportion.

Bryant

Lucas Bryant, actor, plays Gabe Miller on CBC’s new series MVP:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: A pint of Creemore makes me feel good. Three or four more and I look like a million bucks.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I’ll wear anything with ducks on it or geese. Well … the duck family, I guess. Wait. Are geese in the duck family? I (also) really like tractors. That will be all the rage in 2008, tractor stuff.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: Travel and books work for me.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Love, hope, good friends, family, beaches and forests make my life easier.
