Mona Duggal: Third NYPD cop arrested this week busted for allegedly keying car

An NYPD officer was arrested for allegedly digging a key into the side of a man’s car, making her the third cop busted this week.

Officer Mona Duggal, 28, was charged with criminal mischief Wednesday after she keyed the man’s car on Tenth Avenue after an argument, causing $250 in damage, according to the criminal complaint.

Duggal is also accused of sending a text message to the man that read, “HOPE LIKE YOUR CAR WITH PERMANENT STREAKS. ENJOY.”

She was off duty at the time of the incident, according to the NYPD.

Sergeant John Randazzo, 44, was booked on Tuesday for aggravated harassment after cops said he sent menacing text messages to the mother of his children in May.

“I f—— wish death upon you, but I love our children,” a text message said, according to the criminal complaint.

He’s also accused of texting, “I pray you and [redacted] die on the road on his bike. You bleeding to death and laying there thinking how you messed this whole thing up.”

Randazzo even threatened to report the woman to Internal Affairs, according to the complaint.

“If you don’t pick up the phone I will send a letter to IAB,” he’s accused of saying in one text.

Another NYPD sergeant, Besemah Rogers was arrested Tuesday after she was accused of punching someone in the face while off duty on the Lower East Side.
