In Monogamy Chris Messina and Rashida Jones play an engaged Brooklyn couple whose relationship unravels over the course of the film. Messina’s Theo is a frustrated wedding photographer who starts a side business where clients hire him to secretly take photos of them. Theo soon becomes obsessed with a female client. The interesting premise is never fully realized in part because none of the characters are developed enough for the audience to connect with.
