How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor pulls a Zach Braff and tries his hand as writer/director with Happythankyoumoreplease (yep, that’s one word). Though not as mind-numbingly vapid as Braff’s Garden State, the film shares similar subject matter: aimless 20-somethings caught in existential crisis. The film is pretty forgettable and all the characters sound the same, but the sentiment is sweet and the performances are better than expected.
