RCMP are still seeking a culprit after the grisly discovery of mutilated cats throughout the Lower Mainland during the past few months.
“We haven’t found anything to indicate who might be responsible (for the cats’ deaths), or why they may be carrying out this act,” said RCMP Sgt. Peter Thiessen.
Three cats which had been “severed” in half have been found in South Surrey. There have also been reports of similar incidents in White Rock, Langley and Kelowna.
Police want anyone with information to contact White Rock RCMP or CrimeStoppers.
