Myles Miller: From high school to HuffPost

What was your high school job? Paper boy? Lifeguard? Pizza-making
extraordinaire? 17-year-old Myles Miller will be able to say “associate
editor.”

The teen has an already impressive journalist track record and has now
been tapped by a HuffPost vertical that is produced for and by high
school students. Miller’s background includes working for the
International Business Times, Examiner.com and the Daily News. That’s
more jobs than most of us have had in our adult lives, and Miller isn’t
even old enough to attend college yet!

Miller has also proved that you don’t have to be old enough to vote in
order to cover presidential elections. He is even rumored to be NYC
Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s favorite journalist.

Huffington Post special projects editor Julia Steers told the New York Observer that there won’t be much to say about the new HuffPost site until school is back in session.

Congratulations on the new gig, Myles! We bet you won’t have any trouble finding a date to the prom!
