New coronavirus variant probably exists in Germany – RKI institute

BERLIN (Reuters) – It is highly likely that the mutation of the coronavirus that has been found in Britain also exists in Germany, the head of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) health institute said on Tuesday, adding, however, that it had not shown up in data yet.
