It’s becoming as much of a sign of springtime as the Red Sox season opener and the Frog Pond rink melting: The debut of new food trucks on the Greenway.
The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy announced on Tuesday the new food truck lineup for the 1.5-mile park.
Fifteen new food trucks and trikes will park on the Greenway starting April 1, including four trucks that will make their Boston debut. Those trucks include: Evan’s New York Style Deli; Moyzilla, featuring Chinese dumplings; Stoked Pizza; and Zo on the Go, a Greek food truck.
The Greenway Mobile Eats program selected 30 venders from 34 submitted proposals for various locations along the park from Chinatown Park to the Rings Fountain near Milk Street.
According to the Greenway Conservancy, more than 350,000 people were served during the 2013 season.
