The NYPD has released new surveillance video in hopes of capturing a man they say attacked a woman in a wheelchair last weekend.

On June 5 at about 3:19 a.m. the suspect — described as a black man between 18 and 25 years old — approached the 42-year-old victim in front of 167 E. 125th St. and slashed her face with an unknown object, according to police.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and took the victim to Lincoln Hospital where she received stitches for the injury, cops said.

According to police, the suspect was last seen wearing a black V-neck T-shirt, black baseball shorts with a white stripe down the side, and white basketball sneakers.
