Police are investigating the shooting of two men Sunday night at a Brooklyn housing complex, which left one dead and the other injured.

On Jan. 10 at 10:10 p.m. cops responded to a 911 call of a man shot inside of 450 Columbia St., located within the Red Hook Houses — Brooklyn’s largest housing development.

When they arrived, officers found a 27-year-old man inside a first floor apartment with gunshot wounds to his torso. He was taken to Methodist Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Just a few minutes later, police also found a 33-year-old man inside the lobby of 458 Columbia St. with gunshot wounds to his torso, according to authorities. The victim was also taken to Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to the New York Daily News, police sources said the shooting was possibly in connection to a drug deal gone wrong.

Police found two firearms inside the lobby of 458 Columbia St. and there are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
