Whoever said book events were dull is clearly mistaken. This week, there’s something for rock fans, comics geeks, booze hounds, and even a little something for the kids.

Here’s your chance to meet a rock legend. Former guitarist, vocalist and songwriter for The Runaways, Lita Ford, is releasing a tell-all and throwing a big event at Barnes & Noble to celebrate. She’ll share stories from her time in the band in a discussion led by music journalist Jeanna Fury.

Anna North (“The Life and Death of Sophie Stark”), Ben Greenman (“The Slippage”), Jason Little (“Borb” and “Motel Art Improvement Service”) and Dean Haspiel (“Beef with Tomato)” will all be there. Oh, and there will also be free booze!
