Everyone has a favorite color of candy. I say "color" because any attempt at actually replicating flavors is rare, and thanks to food world magic, "green" gives you a better idea of what something will taste like than "lime."

But when it comes to Sour Patch Kidsthere may as well be only one color:red. Summer means time for a new Slurpee flavor, and 7-Eleven is saving you the trouble of buying a whole bag only to pick out the cherry-flavored ones with its new Sour Patch Redberry Slurpee.

It claims to work like the candy, starting off sour before turning sweet, but we'll seeif this is indeed a superior way to consume red Sour Patch Kids — and with more than 500,000 of them sold daily during summer, according to the company, there should be an answer soon.
