The NYPD has released surveillance video of two suspects — armed with a gun and knife — wanted for a home robbery involving a Bronx couple and their young son.

On May 8 at about 10:40 p.m. the two suspects followed a 43-year-old man to his apartment inside of 1711 Morris Ave. and forced their way into the home after the victim unlocked the door, according to authorities.

Once inside the apartment, the suspects — one armed with a firearm and the other with a knife — demanded money and jewelry, police said.

The men then used physical force against the victim and his 28-year-old wife while their 4-year-old son was present, according to cops.

The suspects then stole an ottoman, cellphones, jewelry and cash before running away and fleeing in a black Acura TL with a New York license plate.

Both the victim and his wife were not seriously injured.

Police described the suspect who was armed with the firearm as a black man with a dark complexion, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic man with a light complexion, about 6 feet tall, and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.

On surveillance video released Monday morning, the suspects can be seen waiting for the victim on the stairway of the apartment building and later forcing their way into the victim’s home. The video then shows the suspects running out of the building, with the second suspect carrying the ottoman and dropping it before getting away.
