A Brooklyn man has died after the dogs he was hired to walk are believed to have caused him to fall down a flight of stairs, the New York Daily News reported.
Police said the 53-year-old dog walker lost control of a client’s two dogs in an apartment building on Carroll Street in Red Hook Thursday evening and fell down the steps.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. The city medical examiner’s office is investigating his cause of death.
