Boy, 4, survives being run over on pavement

A small child was lucky to escape with only minor injuries after being hit by a car on a pavement in Brooklyn, on Monday afternoon.

The four-year-old was playing with a stuffed animal when the car jumped a curb on Seventh Avenue in Sunset Park.

A video shows the car jumping the curb and taking down a small tree, which drags the child under the car.

He was takento Lutheran Hospital in a stable condition, according to officials.
