One person was killed and three others injured after a car crash at Flatbush and Fourth avenues near the Barclays Center in Brooklyn around 7 a.m., NBC New York reported. It is not clear what caused the crash and the pedestrian killed was pronounced dead at the scene.
The three injured were taken to Methodist hospital, two in serious condition and the third suffered minor injuries.
Images of the crash show a dark SUV crashed into the barriers near a sidewalk with what appears to be a bicycle pinned underneath, NBC New York reports. Police cars are blocking off traffic at the intersection.
