Christie Brinkley selling Sag Harbor home for $25 million

Supermodel Christie Brinkley is selling her Colonial waterfront manor in Sag Harbor for $25 million.

Built in 1843, the three-story home has five bedrooms, including a master suite with a sitting room and terrace, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a full basement, formal dining room, great room and large living room.

Other amenities include period details such as façade columns, wide-plank pine floors and several fireplaces, plus soapstone and marble counters in the kitchen.

Outside, the 4.5-acre property features gardens, specimen trees, a Gunite pool and a 327-foot beach.

Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman has just brought the property to market, and the agency said the historic home boasts water and sunset views from nearly every room.

The 20-acre Bridgehampton estate Brinkley put on the market in June is still available for $29.5 million, Douglas Elliman confirmed.

That home, which Brinkley owned for 18 years, has four bedrooms, five baths and a 50-foot observation tower, as well as a heated pool with spa, “park-like” paths, multi-level terraces, a greenhouse conservatory and barn/studio with additional living quarters.

Douglas Elliman said back in June that Brinkley was selling “Tower Hill” in order to downsize and move to Sag Harbor as she became an empty nester when the youngest of her three children went off to college this fall.
