No need to save room for dessert — at Dessert Goals, every bite will be the sweetest part of the meal.

The first-ever one-day festival devoted to sugar and spice and everything ice cream is coming to turn Williamsburg’s Dobbin St into a sugary paradise on Oct. 23. Word to the sugar-seeking hordes though — with demand for dessert-themed events still white hot after the Museum of Ice Cream’s limited run, you’ll want to get in on this early.

Though the event doesn’t go down until next month, almost 35,000 people have said they’re going or interested on the event’s Facebook page. Lock down tickets as soon as they go on sale, which will be on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at noon. And it pays to get in first: Early bird tickets are just $10. (There will be more on sale later, it just won’t be as sweet a deal.)

So what does that golden ticket get you? About 20 vendors from all five boroughs will come together for the all-dessert party, from the San Francisco-born Boba Guys to the bite-size artworks that are Mini Melanie’s truffles and, the frozen hit of the summer, Wowfulls’ Hong Kong-style waffle ice cream “cones.” Each dessert maestro is not only bringing their own goodies — several of them will be collaborating on special treats just for the festival.

How about a way to burn off the sugar rush that comes with six hours (noon-6 p.m.) of tastings? Dessert Goals will also have a special a photo garden decorated to complement your treats, plus demonstrations, workshops and a free candy shop to keep the buzz going all the way home.
