With no end to the trend of unicorn cupcakes, fish-shaped ice cream cones and upgraded childhood treats in sight, Dessert Goals just couldn’t wait a whole year to return.

The Instagram-friendly food festival of all things sweet was such a hit when it premiered last October that it’s coming back for a spring edition — this time with an Instagram Garden designed by Viva La Juicy and Bustle. This time, the event adds an extra day (because nothing is more bitter than FOMO) to last the whole weekend of March 25-26 at Brooklyn’s Dobbin St.

There’s no full list of who among the city’s many bakery and candy shops will be making an appearance yet, a couple of newcomers are funky ice cream sandwich-makers Coolhaus and Asian bakery Silk Cakes. Returning vendors include Jersey City’s banana pudding mavens #baonanas and twinkie-style Queens dessert parlor Jae NYC Eats. Also back are workshops, including an “illuminated coffee experience.”

While tickets are just $15 for a 1.5-hour session, that won’t get you unlimited tastings — each vendor will set their own prices. A limited number of early bird tickets ($10) will go on sale at noon tomorrow, Feb. 9, though if you’re not lighting fast (they sold out in less than 10 minutes last year) more will be released at the regular price as the event gets closer.
