A Hispanic social services caseworker in the city Human Resource Administration who went berserk when a texting white woman bumped into her has been charged in a bias attack.
She yelled anti-white slurs, grabbed her victim by the hair, and reportedly slammed her into a light pole.

Michelle Berrio, 43, was off-duty when she attacked the 25-year-old woman at the subway entrance at W. 145th St. and St. Nicholas Ave. in Harlem's Sugar Hill, cops said.
"She made statements about her victim's race prior to the assault," a police source told The New York Daily News.
Her alleged victim was not hospitalized.
DNAinfo reports the victim was texting with headphones on when she bumped shoulders with Berrio, who was charged with two counts of Assault as a Hate Crime.
