The month of March is all about Tuscany atEataly, with products and events showcasing the region all around the market.
As the centerpiece, its lunchtime restaurant Pranzo has transformed intoRistorante Toscano, with a menu of rustic dishes and robust wines to ease us through the gray, rainy transition into spring. Think Zuppa del Frantoio, a hearty soup of kale, potato, fennel and winter squash and tagliatelle with wild boar ragú, as well as breads, beans and farro.
Also in the works are special events like the “Super Tuscan” showcase of eight vintages from the house of Marchesi De’ Frescobaldi with paired appetizers on March 9 ($80). The restaurant is only around until April 3, so make time for a mini-getaway over lunch soon.
