The new space is bright, chic and one of the studios has a beautiful view of the Hudson, so you can transport yourself to another place when your thighs feel like they're on fire. Carmine Carro Community Center in Marine Park (3000 Filmore Ave., Brooklyn)
See the snow while jogging or walking with this neighborhood run group. Runners of all experience levels are welcome so you can use this to improve your mile time or just walk and talk with your friends. Feel free to bring your dog or stroller, too.
