New Yorkers: The city has $3.7 million in unclaimed wages, and City Comptroller Scott Stringer wants you to check if you’re one of them.
Stringer’s office said Wednesday that more than 1,000 workers in the city can claim a piece of the wage settlement with companies that contracted with the city and paid workers less than a prevailing or living wage.
