A Dunkin' Donuts employee said Gray sat near the women after buying his coffee, and began calling the them terrorists, according to the Daily News.
The employee said the women tried to ignore Gray at first.
“One woman called him ‘stupid.’ So he threw his hot coffee in her face,” the employee told the Daily News. “It was hot, hot coffee. She could have been burned! Then he swung his bag at her and it hit her in the face.”
When the woman tried to escape, Gray allegedly put her in a headlock.
The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
