Spring break may not be that far away, but for these New York City buildings lounging by the pool is an elevator ride away all year long.

Here are six buildings that not only have indoor pools — but take the amenity to the next level — with skylights, luxurious seating and spa features.

50 West

Slated for completion this spring, the luxury Financial District building has four floors of “lifestyle amenities,” including a subterranean “Water Club” with a 60-foot lap pool, experiential showers, hot tub, sauna and steam room.

Consisting of three glass buildings, this High-Line adjacent property has an exclusive passageway under the elevated park. Along with typical amenities like a lounge, gym and roof deck, there is a Scandinavian-inspired indoor swimming pool that promises “plush,” comfortable seating.

135 West 52nd St.

This Midtown condo building features an indoor pool that spans 75 feet. Custom mosaic tiling and marble columns complete the look, along with integrated seating alcoves.

Gramercy Square

Located on the 13th floor, this indoor pool has 360-degree views of the East River and its harbor, bridges and landmarks. Designed by Hill West Architects, part of this Lower Manhattan building’s amenities also includes two full floors devoted to fitness and water activities for children and adults.

Tower 28

This new Long Island City rental building is currently the tallest residential building outside of Manhattan. It features an indoor swimming pool with retractable doors that leads into a furnished landscaped rooftop terrace.
