Inside Look: 19th century townhouse on Upper West Side will sell to highest bidder

A historic Manhattan townhouse worth an estimated $29 million will be auctioned off next month.

The 37-foot-wide property spans a total 10,987 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms, nine gas fireplaces, an elevator, indoor resistance pool and four terraces.

Located at 3 Riverside Drive — near the southern end of Riverside Park — the 19th century Kleeberg Residence will go to auction on Dec. 20 through Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Daniel Joory and Howard Morrel of Engel & Völkers.

The auction will start at 6 p.m., with a live event at the SoHi Room, 246 Spring St., Manhattan, or via the company’s custom mobile bidding app – Instant Gavel – from anywhere in the world. The townhouse is estimated to sell between $13 and $16 million.
