Two rowdy Brooklyn crowds ended up being non-factors in the Islanders – Lightning semi-final series as Tampa Bay took two games on the road this week to grab a 3-1 series lead. The Lightning won Game 4 Friday night at Barclays Center in OT as Jason Garrison scored at the 1:34 mark with a wicked slap shot from the faceoff circlethat got past Islanders netminder Thomas Greiss.

Tampa Bay’s Nikita Kucherov tied the game at 1 at the 7:49 mark of the third period as the Lightning let another one slip away.

“The last two games have been good hockey games,” Islanders coach Jack Capuanotold the AP. “That’s how close these two teams are.We gave up five shots in the third period, maybe one chance, and they tie the game. You can’t ask our guys for too much more.”

Kyle Okposo scored the only Islanders goal at the 4:20 mark of the first.

The Islanders will look to avoid elimination on Sunday (3 p.m., NBC) in Tampa at Amalie Arena.
