The ghost with the most is your host at Beetle House (308 E. Sixth St.), a new East Village bar where it’s Halloween every night with drinks and food themed after the works of Tim Burton.

Created by Zach Neil and Brian Link, the action news team behind the Will Ferrell-themed bar Stay Classy, New York that opened last October, the decor is sure to be as on point as the Deetz house after Delia and Otto got done with it.

The “to die for” food menu is described as a “fusion of American comfort, Latin, Italian and European dishes,” which is broad enough to be virtually meaningless. That’s because the real theme is even better — what came to mind when they thought about Burton’s characters: wings in Alice, Violet and Veruca (salted honey garlic, of course) flavors, a filet in red wine reduction called Sweeney Beef and a warm chocolate cake made with Wonka Bars from the Chocolate Factory.

The dishes are accompanied by a cocktail menu of 18 “custom made poisons, potions and elixirs” like the Headless Horseman (Hendricks gin, Lillet blanc, Cointreau, absinthe, lemon) and This Is Halloween! (pumpkin, cinnamon and apple liqueurs, apple cider, ginger beer).

The bar’s preview week begins on Wednesday, April 27 — don’t let them down by showing up in anything less than your funereal best. You’ll need a reservation to eat though, and the first available table is not until May 3, at 11:30 p.m. That should give you enough time to get a costume together and bone up on Tim Burton’s filmography so you’ll get all the references.
