Apparently the “demographic” that is buying “use private aircrafts,” developer Steve Witkoff told the Journal.

Curbed reports that residents will get a10- to 20-percent discount, but “renting a smaller jet like a Hawker 400XP will cost $125,000 for 25 hours, and a larger jet like a Challenger will cost twice as much.”

But residents can afford it. According to Curbed, listings range from $2.05 million toover $18 million, but condos on the building’s higher floors have yet to be listed and will likely cost more.
