Curbed reports that residents will get a10- to 20-percent discount, but "renting a smaller jet like a Hawker 400XP will cost $125,000 for 25 hours, and a larger jet like a Challenger will cost twice as much."
But residents can afford it. According to Curbed, listings range from $2.05 million toover $18 million, but condos on the building's higher floors have yet to be listed and will likely cost more.

Curbed likened the property to Zaha Hadid’s first NYC residential building, where robots will park your car.
