NYPD missing children alert for three Brooklyn girls – sisters, 3 & 4; plus a 12 yo

Cops this morning on the hunt for whoever snatched two sisters who were under the protection of city child welfare.The NYPD suspects Rivka Kutsy, 4, and Chaya Kutsy, 3, may have been taken by their parents, who have been trying to regain custody rom the Administration for Childrens Services. The girls vanishedd Jan. 31 from a foster home on Union Street, near Utica Avenue in Crown Heights. The parents may be drivinga red 2001 Toyota 4runner with a Jersey plates reading A6-8EMS.

In the other case:

Mekayla Williams, 12, of 175 Sheridan Ave. in Brooklyn, was last seen Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. She is approximately 125lbs, brown eyes, thin build. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black sweatshirt that says “Invictus Prep”, and black boots.
